Tai-Chi & Chi-Gong Group Workshop Fee: $20.00 per hour ($10.00 per hour for Senior Citizens 50 Years and Up).

Tai-Chi & Chi-Gong Wellness Class: Free.
The Wellness Class meets Wednesday mornings from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the new Mapleton City Center located at 125 West 400 North in Mapleton, Utah. Learn the Five Wellness Elements of Tai-Chi & Chi-Gong: Massage Therapy, Meditation Therapy, Mission Therapy, Movement Therapy, and Music Therapy. All ages and abilities are welcome to attend the free weekly Tai-Chi & Chi-Gong Wellness Class.
