Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Professional Fee: $50.00 per individual session.

Humor Therapy & Laughter Yoga® Group Workshop Fee: $10.00 per hour.
Certificate of Completion presented upon successful completion of the Humor Therapy & Laughter Yoga® Group Workshop.

Licensed Massage Therapy (LMT) Professional Fee: $50.00 per individual session.

Tai-Chi & Chi-Gong Wellness Class: Free.
The Wellness Class meets Wednesday mornings from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the new Mapleton City Center located at 125 West 400 North in Mapleton, Utah. Learn the Five Wellness Elements of Tai-Chi & Chi-Gong: Massage Therapy, Meditation Therapy, Mission Therapy, Movement Therapy, and Music Therapy. All ages and abilities are welcome to attend the free weekly Tai-Chi & Chi-Gong Wellness Class.

Vibrational Therapy & Energy Medicine Group Workshop Fee: $10.00 per hour.
Certificate of Completion presented upon successful completion of the Vibrational Therapy & Energy Medicine Group Workshop.

Vibrational Therapy Professional Fee: $50.00 per individual session.
