C. Attend one or more GMC Tai-Chi & Chi-Gong Workshops.
D. Practice the GMC Tai-Chi & Chi-Gong exercises for 100 days or more and record personal training days on page 28 of the Tai-Chi Life Training Program Book

E. Pass a written examination found on page 21 of the Tai-Chi Life Training Program Book (Garrett & Garrett, 2007).
F. Cost: Pay a one-time GMC Tai-Chi & Chi-Gong Instructor Certification Requirement Fee of $30.00.
G. Complete a GMC Tai-Chi & Chi-Gong Instructor Certification Program application.
